The videos seem to be presenting the information from Medina’s Rules again. It’s a good refresher, but I enjoyed Medina’s presentation of the material more.
But I must admit, viewing similar material via video and audio does reinforce Medina’s message...as does the repetition.
Guess that was the point, huh?
